A Balancing Act: Self-Care for Moms of Infants and Toddlers
A self-study program designed to help you and your family develop healthy habits. Topics in this course include healthy eating, family fitness, and building a strong foundation for success in life (establishing routines, tackling your to-do list, and reaching milestones).
